How do you plan to pay for services? Pine Tree Rehab accepts several insurance plans, including Regence BlueShield, Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, CHAMPVA, TRICARE/TriWest, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care Apple Health, Ambetter, and Cascade Care Select. Please check with us for the most current in-network list, as we are actively adding insurance plans. Private-pay options are available, and we can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate. Reading tutoring is an educational service and is not billed to insurance.
